We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You may also need to provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or variation, the simplest option may be to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
